Scheduling and Contact Information
Requests for photography appointments should be submitted through the "Book a Shoot" online request form on the mpaigetaylorphotography.com website OR via email to mpaigetaylorphotography@gmail.com. Please include as much detail as possible when emailing.
We will reply back within 24 hours to verify the date, time and location of the shoot.
Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered “booked”.
Next-day requests are difficult to schedule, cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a $25 additional charge.
At the Shoot
The Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the shoot to approve the Photographer’s interpretation of the project. If a Client or Brokerage representative is not present, the Photographer’s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. The Photographer will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, stray objects, etc. from the rooms; however please note that this does not include things like making beds or arranging furniture. Agents are expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed prior to the photo shoot. All properties will be shot “As Is.” Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. Absent your input, the Photographer will use his/her best judgment and experience to decide how best to photograph the property.
After the Shoot
After the photos have been made, the Photographer will complete basic digital editing (unless otherwise specified) and format the final photos for print and web.
The photos will be delivered via a Dropbox link emailed to the Client (a Dropbox account is not needed to access photos). Clients can expect to receive the link to the photos within 24-48 hours of the photo shoot, unless a different time was agreed to in advance.
Photos for print are 3000 pixels on the longest side, with a resolution of 300 ppi (pixels per inch), saved in the Adobe RGB color space. (Photos can be saved as CMYK upon request.)
Photos for web are 1000 pixels on the longest side, with a resolution of 72 ppi, saved in the sRGB color space.
Cancellation, No-Show, and Inclement Weather Policy
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a $50 Cancellation Fee. Arriving late, beyond 30 minutes, to an appointment will be considered a No-Show, and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot.
Every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling.
In the event of inclement weather preventing photography, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time.
Rights and Usage
All images produced for a Client (Agent or Broker) may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the Client’s self promotion. The photos may also be used by the Client’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Ownership of the images remains with the Photographer, and license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.

Payment
Clients will receive an invoice, via email, when final photos are ready. Final photos will be delivered once payment is received.

USE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHS
By booking a shoot with M. Paige Taylor Photography, you are hereby agreeing to the below License Agreement for Photographs.

AGREEMENT:
The photographer grants the licensee the exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable use of property listing photographs (images described above) for the entire duration the property is listed on the real estate market by the licensee. The photographs may only be used for the sole purpose of marketing the real estate listing including, but not limited to, advertising on the licensee’s website, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), magazines, newspapers, print ads, flyers, brochures and social media websites until the listing has sold, expired or is removed from the market. If the listing expires or is removed from the market and then later placed back on the market the terms described herein will apply. No additional licensing fee needs to be paid as long as the photographs are used by the licensee referenced herein.
PAYMENT:
The agreed upon amount is to be paid prior to the release of the photographs. No use may be made of the photographs until the invoice has been paid in full.
PROVISIONS:
The photographer retains all copyrights attached to the photographs as well as any other rights which may not be detailed in this agreement. No transfer of intellectual property is made by this agreement.
Credit/Acknowledgment of the photographer's name must be given when a photograph is published, either with a picture credit, caption, or an acknowledgment in the publication if the photograph is used for editorial purposes (newspapers, magazines, newsletters, web or print publications, etc.).
Selling and/or redistribution of the photographs is forbidden. The photographs may not be used for any purpose other than marketing the real estate listing. Any re-use of the photographs that is not covered by this license requires a new and independent Use License.
Licensee is allowed to crop the photographs to suit their purposes for the usage stated above. Adding and/or removing elements from the photographs and/or “stylizing” the photographs with over/under saturation, distortion, filters, etc. is forbidden unless permission is granted by the photographer. The photographs may not be merged with other works or be used to create a derivative photographic work, artwork, drawing, video or mixed media work unless explicitly permitted by the photographer.
INDEMNITY:
The licensee indemnifies and holds harmless M. Paige Taylor, M. Paige Taylor Photography against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the photographs, the failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of the photographs, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the photographs.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY:
The photographs are provided "as is" with no warranty regarding the suitability of the photographs for any purpose. The photographer is not liable to the licensee or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of the photographs.
